Job DescriptionResponsible for the design and creative development of WFM marketing materials. Leads creative development for graphic Team Members at the national, regional, and store level. Develops graphic design production and distributes communication pieces for organization-wide use. Advises diverse teams and locations about creative strategy, technology, methods, and standards. Ensures effective and consistent graphic design and production for internal and external communication materials.Responsibilities:
Provides art and graphic creative, process, and technical support to stores and regions.
Designs and produces materials to support regional and store marketing initiatives.
Maintains sign databases for product teams and special programs.
Assists in general graphic production, including scanning, proofing, compiling, archiving, and cataloging project files and documents.
Produces digital press-ready art based on original designs created by senior designers.
Upholds WFM graphic standards.
Prepares, collects, and distributes all file components of supported projects to respective Team Members and vendors in timely fashion.
Prepares files for print, coordinates print production, and ensures quality of printed materials.
Skills:
Possesses excellent artistic and creative skills.
Ability to be precise and render effective signage.
Demonstrates Mac proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
Presents information and responds to questions with guidance, one-on-one, and with internal and external customers.
Able to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
Supports team projects within a defined area of responsibility.
Impacts the quality of own work and that of the team.

Understands the WFM product mix, supply base, and retail operations.
Education & Experience:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
