As part of our dynamic marketing team, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across various platforms.Position Overview:We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to develop and execute creative assets for digital, social, web, email, and print marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to translate brand identity into compelling visuals, experience with cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in design software.Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.

Create eye-catching print materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items that align with our brand.

Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.

Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Adapt and optimize designs for various formats, including responsive web layouts and mobile-first experiences.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh concepts for ongoing campaigns.

Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure innovative, engaging, and cutting-edge designs.

Requirements

Qualifications:all candidates must be local to Austin

3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing environment.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.

Experience designing across various media: digital (web, email, social media), print, and occasionally motion graphics or video is a plus.

A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
