Looking for an IT Support resource – 2 years experience.
L1 support
Conference room support
Laptop collection - shipped to another office or warehouse
Basic troubleshooting.
Less than 40 end users in the office.
Occasional events here. AV set up, projector and Zoom support
90% Mac uses
Needs someone that is proactive and has the ability to identify issues and report back to the manager
Requirements
2 years of desktop support
Proficient with hardware support with Mac
Software support with Mac
Video and Conference room support
Experience troubleshooting Zoom meetings
Shipping and receiving of IT hardware
