Answer telephone calls
Receive and tend to visitors
Perform word processing, filing and faxing
Assist other employees with diverse projects Requirements - Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Assistance
Phone Etiquette experience required
Proficiency in filing
Foundational knowledge in customer service
Proven ability to use the internet for research
