We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join Procore’s Core Project Management team. In this role, you’ll oversee and drive product growth for RFIs, Submittals, and Daily Log—three of the most widely used tools in the Procore platform. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring these products deliver exceptional value, scale with customer needs, and strengthen Procore’s market leadership in construction project management.As a Group Product Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a team of three Product Managers, guiding them through product discovery, customer engagement, and roadmap execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, deliver impactful features, and drive adoption across thousands of global customers. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Procore’s RFIs, Submittals, and Daily Log products.Manage and mentor a team of three Product Managers, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment to company priorities.Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, high-impact features.Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate product opportunities.Define success metrics, analyze usage trends, and drive adoption across customer segments.Prioritize competing needs by balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic vision.Represent Procore externally with customers and industry partners to gather insights and strengthen product positioning.Contribute to the overall strategy of the Core Project Management organization.What we’re looking for:5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years managing other product managers.Proven experience delivering and scaling products in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.Strong customer empathy with a track record of translating insights into successful product outcomes.Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Passion for mentoring and developing talent within a product team.Experience with construction technology or project management software preferred, but not required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
