Leads and coordinates major company industrial engineering projects, new methods, plant layouts, new equipment installations, equipment capacity analysis/utilization, manpower planning, which includes construction and implementation of labor standards, ergonomic improvements, productivity improvement and standard labor cost construction.
Applies a high degree of product knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide the company direction to improve efficiency and production capability to maximize profitability.
Provides the plant operations groups with solutions on equipment layouts and plant capacities.
QUALIFICATIONS:Required
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field.
A minimum of 2 years of successful Industrial Engineer experience.
A pattern of initiative.
Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
An understanding of the DMAIC process and ability to use these skills for continuous improvement.
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
