Support our customers to dig into their accounting operations to understand their billing needs and challenges.

Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to identify and prioritize opportunities and turn them into requirements, designs, and code.

Connect with sales and customer service leaders to align on top billing pain points that have surfaced in tickets and customer calls.

Partner with our accounting team to watch them work in our billing systems and identify new areas of opportunity.

Partner with your fellow product managers on product changes that may impact customer billing and get them on your roadmap.

The ideal candidate for this role loves getting into the details, goes deep with customers to understand their needs and translating those to successful products, has a proven track record of collaborating with sales, accounting, and customer service teams, has experience working on Salesforce as a product, and is skilled at communicating across levels and functions. Success in the role will be measured by customer NPS, customer feedback, and accounting accuracy.What you'll bring:

Planning - Lead cross-functional participation in planning and execution; direct product development toward the highest-ROI opportunities

Decisive - You can translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs into solid action plans and precise requirements

Influence - The ability to influence other product teams to prioritize both the tracking of critical data and the incorporation of new data science initiatives on their roadmap is a critical skill that the data science product manager must possess.

Communication Skills - Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting epics, user stories, and tasks

Key Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience preferred or equivalent work experience

Product management experience at a leading technology company, billing and accounting software experience preferred

Demonstrated experience in adopting product management best practices, standards and policies

Strategic thinker. Understands business objectives and converts them into clear product plans, follows through with execution.

Comfortable with ambiguity and challenge. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, concurrently manages multiple initiatives, remains optimistic.

Excellent communicator. Articulates the product strategy and roadmap, structures the problem at hand, experienced and comfortable gaining alignment and in presenting to senior executives.
