Duration: 2 Months Contract
Job Description:
Support Siemens TIA Portal V16 code development and hardware configuration.
Troubleshoot/Commission SEW VFD/Servo and motor connection
Commissioning, troubleshoot Electrical control systems which include but are not limited to Safety devices, Light Curtains, Area Scanners, Sensors, Barcode Readers, RFID Readers, Pneumatic solenoid valves and Cylinders
Diagnose faults and optimize conveyor, lifter, Stacker crane and Fanuc Robots for maximum throughput and efficiency and minimize downtime Proficient in Siemens TIA Portal V16
Proficient in Ignition and Win CC HMI development
Experience Troubleshooting/Commission SEW VFD/Servo and motor connections
Understanding of Profinet Fieldbus and troubleshoot communication issues
Understanding of Siemens SICAR or similar conveyance ideology
Able to understand Electrical Schematic and troubleshoot electical wiring.
5years+ experience commisioning,troubleshooting and developing controls systems
