AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.10010Key job responsibilitiesThe AWS Marketplace team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager for the AWS Marketplace Foundational API organization. In this role, you will: Lead the effective and efficient delivery of a large, complex technical program and associated projects Drive effective cross-functional teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitments across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities. Identify repeatable use cases and create reusable content to encourage replication. Assist prospective open data providers as they progress through the application and on-boarding process Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues, and risks at multiple levels Create, maintain, and disseminate program information to stakeholders Work with service teams and technical teams to drive usage of open data on AWS.A day in the lifeThe Technical Program Manager will develop and lead a program focused on working with a number of internal AWS stakeholders who seek to buy/sell offerings on the AWS marketplace. You will own all aspects of the program and collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to influence features on the roadmap that support the program requirements and to ensure we build what customers want.You should have a well-rounded technical background as well as a history of leading large projects end-to-end. 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

3+ years of software development experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
