Relevant field experience includes, but is not limited to construction oversight, soil and groundwater investigations (including groundwater/soil sampling), logging of soil borings, installation of groundwater monitoring wells and environmental site assessments. Candidate may have to travel to West Texas and New Mexico on a routine basis.Relevant office experience includes evaluation and reporting of investigative results. Additional relevant experience including coordinating, planning, organizing and conducting investigations and remedial activities. A proven track record and experience in the oil and gas industry is beneficial.Candidate must be highly motivated, client-focused, and work well in a professional and team-oriented environment. Candidate must also have the ability to manage a heavy workload and travel as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skill is required. Candidate should be able to meet time sensitive deadlines and carry out multiple priorities simultaneously.Your Role:

Assisting with Health and Safety plans and assessments of project sites and project teams.

Assisting project management leads with tasks including preparing budget estimates and subcontractor coordination.

Developing work plans and reports for various types of investigations, site assessments, and remedial projects.

Coordinating, organizing, and planning field work.

Support execution of projects involving soil and groundwater investigation, compliance, and remediation activities in accordance with regulatory programs.

Providing field services for site investigation, drilling, soil and groundwater sample collection, and related work.

Providing field oversight of contractors on various project activities, such as remedial excavations.

Reviewing and interpreting data to determine path forward.

Reviewing draft documents for technical accuracy.

Adhering to project plan, budget, and timetable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Geology, or related field

One year of experience.

Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Multiple years of experience on construction project sites is preferred.

Completion of 40-hour OSHA-HAZWOPR training is beneficial.

Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations.

Must demonstrate a professional demeanor in written and verbal communications with clients, regulatory officials, and fellow employees.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.

Must possess a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
