We are looking for someone to spend a roughly half-day every week at our single family home in central Austin doing general outside maintenance. In addition to mowing and trimming, we seem to always need random general outside chores — spraying off the house, cleaning windows and gutters, replacing rotten deck boards, touch-up painting, scrubbing the porches and decks, weeding the garden, basically whatever needs doing outside once a week. No special skills required, although some basic carpentry and/or handyman skills would be useful. You'll need to bring a lawn mower and trimmer, but otherwise we should be able to provide any other tools you'll need for each requested task. You must have your own transportation and be totally on time, reliable, and trustworthy.
