Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous reception services to clients, visitors, and staff.

Coordinate office supplies and equipment.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proven experience in an office administration or receptionist role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience working in a construction office environment is preferred.
