Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our roofing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support roofing administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for customer service.
- Previous construction assistant experience is a plus.
- Previous Roofing experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20-25/HR D.O.E.
