We seek to hire a BILINGUAL Staff RECRUITER to add to our team. (bilingual is a must)
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE THIS IS MONDAY - FRIDAY 7am - 4pm
The position is for a full cycle Temp to Perm & Direct Hire Perm Placement Recruiter that can handle requisitions that vary from blue collar skilled trade positions up to Management and Executive Level positions.
We are looking for a motivated – talented bilingual individual who loves what they do and does it well. Someone who has the ability to work independently on their own, and understands the value of team work in the recruiting industry. Some of the Key responsibilities will be ( brief summary) :
Deliver full life cycle recruiting expertise and consulting to our exciting client base
Drives & executes recruiting plans to ensure the best applicants apply for our fantastic jobs (Placing ads, doing social media, answering calls, reviewing resumes, setting interviews, completing interviews) Hiring qualified candidates.
Develop relationships with multiple hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to serve as the subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisition needs (your sharp and savvy too)
Develops an in-depth understanding of the business and candidate qualifications and competencies to fill the needs (your good at getting information out of people)
Drives and manages the interview and selection process (that’s right it’s up to you)
Facilitate internal and external recruitment process, effectively interviewing and evaluating candidates utilizing consistent criteria and evaluative measures (you are methodical and have a system, your organized and details are important)
Ensure all internal and referral applicants are guided through the recruitment process with the highest level of customer service (you have some skills in social media advertising)
Utilize creative sourcing techniques including but not limited to internet mining, cold calling, community programs, alumni organizations, and referral programs (you know how to hustle and get things done but in an ethical and honest way)
Develop recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs and unique requirements of open positions; determines how to effectively market jobs to ensure attraction of the highest quality talent pool (you don’t just post ads and wait for a response) – you go find what you need, your creative and your like problem solving
Extend, negotiate, and close job offers to candidates (you can walk it all the way through)
Conduct formal, consultative and detailed intake sessions with hiring manager at beginning of search to ensure clarity in understanding and define recruiting process (you interface well with clients and get the nitty gritty of what they want to hire. You work well with all levels of people from hourly skilled trades to Project Managers and Division Managers)
Define and executes a targeted search strategy for each open position
Coordinate and conducts candidate assessment/debrief sessions with hiring managers (you follow through)
Utilize our Software system to maintain candidate information and accurate data for reporting purposes (your good at putting notes in a system and working within a recruiting software, you don’t mind the details)
Serve as employment brand ambassador for both internal and external customers and seeks ways to proactively promote and leverage employment brand within and outside the organization (you complement our core values and mission!)
Provide mentoring support to other Recruiters on the team in the future – because your successful and you GROW In your role here (because you are a superstar and have lots to share)

Must be a morning person - Be able to start work 630-7am daily (Mon-Fri)
Must be comfortable with jobsite visits in person to large commercial constructions sites boots / jeans / hard hat work world. When doing jobsite check in)
