About the Role
We are looking to hire a Bilingual Staff Recruiter to join our team. If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Location: South East Austin (this is NOT a remote role).
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (early birds, we see you!).

Your Responsibilities
Deliver full life-cycle recruiting for our diverse client base.
Create and execute effective recruitment plans using ads, social media, and direct outreach.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet their unique talent needs.
Manage interviews, evaluate candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process with top-notch service.
Use creative sourcing techniques like internet mining, cold calling, and referral programs.
Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
Extend, negotiate, and close job offers.
Stay organized by maintaining accurate candidate data in our software system.
Represent our brand as an ambassador to internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor future team members as you grow within our organization.
What You Bring to the Table
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (a must).
A love for problem-solving and a creative approach to finding talent.
Strong communication skills, from tradespeople to executive-level candidates.
Comfort with office work and job site visits (yes, that means hard hats and boots).
A reliable way to get to our South East Austin office daily.
