We are looking for a detail-oriented office assistant/manager. Looking or someone that has office experience, experience in construction/maintenance is a plus. Thick skin required (working with all men in construction). We are a commercial facility maintenance company working with a large grocery store chain. This is an in-office position. At the moment this is a 1099 position, paid weekly. 30 hours per week in office. Compensation DOE.
Your job will include:
Creating and sending invoices
Processing payroll
Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
AP/AR follow up
Keeping up with all incoming work orders and dispatch accordingly to proper technicians
Creating budgets and balancing books
Handling travel plans
Personal assistant duties for owner
Running office related errands
Requirements:
Valid DL and transportation required
QuickBooks
Bookkeeping
Salesforce (a plus if you have used before)
Customer Service Experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
