What You’ll Do:
Manage calendar, meetings, and scheduling for the executive team
Handle office logistics: supplies, deliveries, light errands, workspace organization
Coordinate lunches, coffee runs, and team gatherings
Support general admin needs — from filing to vendor coordination
Serve as the friendly, reliable point of contact for visitors and partners

Organized, proactive, and great at anticipating needs
Strong communication skills — professional but personable
Able to juggle multiple priorities with minimal direction
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Calendly
Reliable transportation (some local errands required)
