Overview
An accomplished CEO based in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Second Assistant to provide occasional administrative and financial support. This role is ideal for a highly organized and trustworthy professional looking for a few extra hours per week with the flexibility to set their own schedule.
The position will require more hours at the outset (approximately 15–20 hours) to establish systems and workflows. Following the setup phase, the role will shift to a maintenance schedule of 3–6 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Manage and track subscriptions.
Keep accurate records of autopay bills.
Monitor email correspondence and flag priority items.
Assist with light administrative and financial recordkeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Highly trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information.
Proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
Flexible availability for 3–5 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
Local to the Austin area for occasional in-person tasks.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Prior experience handling confidential financial information.
