Key Responsibilities
Support the Operations Manager and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting and assisting clients
Filing, copying, and other general administrative duties
Assisting with overall office organization and daily operations
Qualifications / Requirements
Previous administrative experience in a professional office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Friendly, upbeat, and professional
Highly organized and detail-oriented
A quick learner and adaptable to new programs
Able to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
