Entry-Level Apprentice – Construction & Business Operations

Entry-Level Apprentice – Construction & Business Operations

Full-Time | Family-Owned Business | Growth Opportunity

A hybrid role that’s part Personal Assistant, part Executive Assistant, and part Construction Apprentice. I want someone tough, sharp, organized, and loyal, who can handle both the business side and personal-support tasks that keep the owners' moving without interruption.

We are a conservative, Christian, family-owned construction business seeking a motivated young professional who is eager to learn, grow, and make a name for themselves in the industry. This role is hands-on and fast-paced—perfect for someone with ambition, grit, and a strong work ethic.

What We’re Looking For:

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who enjoys cleaning, organizing, and keeping things running smoothly.

A driven, well-groomed individual with no outside distractions from work.

Someone who is quick on their feet—both physically and mentally.

A good listener who is humble enough to learn and willing to put in long hours.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction without hesitation.

Someone tough, dependable, and resilient—not soft, not a whiner, not someone who needs constant breaks.

What You’ll Learn:

You will receive direct mentorship in all aspects of running a construction-related business while also acting as a personal and executive assistant, including:

Running construction projects from start to finish

Bookkeeping and QuickBooks

Scheduling and project coordination

Using measuring software and handling accurate take-offs

Ordering materials and managing vendors

Business operations and client relations

On-site and office support across construction projects

What to Expect:

Work is extremely busy, and our customers mean everything to us. Some days you may get a full hour lunch, other days only 30 minutes—it all depends on the workload. This is not a clock-watching job. We need someone who thrives in a high-demand environment and keeps things moving.

What We Offer:

Direct mentorship from ownership with decades of experience

Exposure to every part of construction and business operations

An environment built on hard work, respect, and strong values

The opportunity to build a lasting career in the construction industry

This is not “just a job”—it’s a chance to gain skills that will set you apart for life. If you’re young, hungry for success, and ready to dedicate yourself to learning and excelling, we want to hear from you.

Apply today with your resume and a short note on why you’d be a great fit.
