About the Role:
I’m looking for a Force Multiplier — someone who helps me (the founder of Pro Kettlebell) stay focused on what matters most by handling the details, communication, and follow-through that make everything run smoother.
This is part executive assistant, part project manager, part right-hand person. You’ll help manage day-to-day tasks, keep projects moving, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Pro Kettlebell is a fast-growing fitness and manufacturing brand. We design, build, and sell world-class kettlebells, run national events, and are opening a new manufacturing facility (Neu Iron Industries) in Dripping Springs. We move fast, stay creative, and love working with people who take pride in doing great work.

What You’ll Do:
Manage email, scheduling, and follow-ups
Organize and track projects and to-dos
Communicate with vendors, team members, and partners
Research suppliers, tools, or logistics when needed
Draft and send emails or documents on my behalf
Help with event coordination, inventory, or errands (occasionally)
Keep systems organized and the founder focused

What I’m Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Shopify, spreadsheets, etc.)
Able to work independently and figure things out
Discreet, loyal, and professional
Bonus: experience in small business operations, marketing, or logistics

Hours & Pay:
Flexible schedule — ideally 25-40 hrs / week.
Pay depends on experience. Room to grow into full-time Operations Manager or Chief of Staff if it’s a great fit.
