Essential Job Functions, include but are not limited to:
· Ensure all Front Desk team members (including security staff) are aware, up to date on and are following all standard daily operating policy and procedures including but not limited to:
o Package receiving, processing, tracking and distribution
o Greeting and processing and announcing all visitors and vendors
o Move-in/out/delivery pre and post inspections
o Guest parking
o Monitoring and maintaining Front Desk security, email, calendar and Key control systems and equipment
o Providing courteous, professional and consistent service to ALL Residents
o Arranging transportation
o Assisting with luggage
o Providing directions
o Arrange/Process on-site dry cleaning collection services
o Transmit, Print information or documents for residents, using computer, email as needed
o Actively monitoring security, fire life safety systems and security cameras
o Maintenance of lobby, mailroom and reception area appearance (magazines, plants, windows, surfaces)
o Preventing solicitors and undesirables from entering the building
o Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor
o Any other services required for maintaining a first-class level of resident service, care and safety
· Responsible for receiving and processing all amenity reservation requests (Guest Suites, Elevator and Private Dining Room). Responding to and documenting all requests within 24 business hours.
· Responsible for compiling, creating and maintaining monthly area events calendar and local events e-newsletter for distribution to all residents.
· Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating community information binders and logs
· Follow up with Manager, Front Desk team and Maintenance staff on daily basis to confirm shifts and individual duties
· Responsible for maintaining proper records, logs and inventory of all Front Desk supplies and services.
· Various duties and projects as directed by management.
