Looking for a dependable, friendly person to show our rental property to potential tenants. Super simple gig – just meet people at the property, let them in, answer a few questions, and hand them a paper with the property info.
What You’ll Do:
Be at the property on time for scheduled showings
Let potential tenants in and walk them through
Answer basic questions (we’ll give you the info)
Hand out a sheet with the property details
Lock up when done
Pay:
$30 per showing
When:
Showings are usually evenings or weekends
Flexible based on your availability
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and professional
Reliable and on time
Comfortable talking to people
Has a car or reliable transportation
Experience in leasing or real estate is a plus, but not required
