Senior React Developer - Lead Our Transition from Wicket to React

You are a Senior React Developer with a talent for leading transitions from other technologies to the React ecosystem.
This is a remote/work from home opportunity.
You are a front end technology expert. Designing, implimenting, and evolving our React framework, we will look to you to be our React expert for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
We are a small company where you will lead our transition from Apache Wicket to React from end-to-end. We tend to be a little geeky so you will fit right in as you build, teach, train and communcate.

What we need from you:
Experience migrating, optimizing andextending the React framework
Proven eye for detail and consistency when conducting code reviews
Tact and thoughtful consideration when gathering andmanaging stakeholder expectations and priorities
Regular and accurate communication regarding project status
3+ years in React development, including migrations from other technologies
Proven knowledge of React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Redux, RESTful APIs, testing frameworks and version control systems
Polished communication skills to help stakeholders along the path of our React transition
Demonstrated talents for teaching the React framework to other members of the technical team
