Seeking a full time or part time onsite bookkeeper/accounting manager for growing residential and commercial services company in Collin County. CPA with strong experience in tax accounting preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience managing the books for a small or medium size business
Computer proficiency with strong skill level in QuickBooks, Excel, MS Office Suite
HR: working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, EEO, Texas Payday Law, HIPPA,
etc.), FULL PAYROLL PROCESSING, employee benefits
Experienced in state sales tax processing and reporting/quarterly and annual federal and
state tax prep and reporting/end of year closing and reporting
Heavy experience in A/P, A/R including collections
Bank account management and reconciliations
Take charge multi-tasker with strong communications and customer service skills –
ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Full time or part time ONSITE position in Fairview/Allen/McKinney Texas area
Reliable – attendance and punctuality are key
