Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager in Dallas, Texas. The role involves managing various accounting responsibilities within our industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, processing applications, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities Execute lease administration tasks, including lease abstraction Maintain and organize property files, including leases and contracts Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts Conduct regular reviews of aging reports and follow-up on any delinquencies Process invoices with appropriate back-up in accordance with established procedures Utilize various software including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and account reconciliation Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks Ensure accurate billing processes are followed Utilize Yardi for Commercial Property Management tasks.Requirements Yardi - ERP Software knowledge3+ years of Commercial Real Estate experienceCustomer/Tenant facing role (polished and professional) Want a strong team player as well Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
