Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry located in Dallas, Texas, 75206, United States. The role involves managing vendor setups, group emails, invoice header information, and preparing proposals for auto draft utility payments. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and set up vendors accurately and in a timely manner. Handle group email box ensuring all communications are addressed professionally. Enter invoice header information with high attention to detail. Create payment proposals for auto draft utility payments. Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Form 1099, Vendor Set, MS Excel, Credit Card Payments, Bill Payment, Complete Expense Reports, and Reconcile Vendor Statements to perform daily tasks. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Maintain and update customer credit records regularly. Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
