Acumatica Systems Administrator

Description We are seeking a skilled Acumatica Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the Acumatica Cloud ERP system. The Acumatica Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the platform, including managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, user support, upgrades, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems and possess expertise in Acumatica.Key Responsibilities:

System Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of the Acumatica ERP system, including configuration, setup, and maintenance of modules.

User Management: Create, modify, and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.

Customization and Configuration: Customize Acumatica workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs and improve system efficiency.

ERP Maintenance: Perform system health checks, manage updates, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and patches.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, escalating to the Acumatica support team or third-party vendors as necessary.

Data Integrity: Monitor data accuracy, ensure proper data backup, and maintain data integrity through best practices.

Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to users, helping them utilize the system fully and efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2+ years of experience with Acumatica ERP system administration.

Familiarity with financial, distribution, or manufacturing modules within Acumatica.

Strong understanding of system integrations, workflows, and Acumatica customization.

Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on providing end-user support.

Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data management best practices.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Acumatica certification (preferred but not required).
