Bilingual- Customer Service Associate- FULLY REMOTE

TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Bilingual Customer Service Associates to work FULLY REMOTE assisting on a long-term government project. These positions will offer FULLY REMOTE capability; however, applicants must reside within 50 miles of the Dallas, TX area to be eligible.This is a customer support role which will focus on assisting customers in an inbound call center capacity. These positions will entail call volume of around 40-50 calls per day . NO COLD CALLS.JOB DESCRIPTION

Providing excellent customer service on every call

Inputting all notes from calls into the database

Performing follow up calls when needed policy inquiries from policy holders and agents

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must be bilingual

1-2 + years of customer service or call center experience required

Ability to learn new systems efficiently

Strong computer skills are required

Able to handle a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task

SHIFTS/HOURS AVAILABLEMON-FRI 10am-7pm CST MON-FRI 11am- 8pm CST SAT-TUES 10am - 8pm CST PAY17/hr.
