Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Business Sustainment team is seeking a Business Process/Systems Analyst – Subject Matter Expert (Level 4) to join the team in Dallas, TX. supporting the sustainment and enhancement of the BGS-Commercial OneSAP system.The One SAP system is an essential component of the performance and effectiveness of the BGS Supply Chain Organization managing all aspects of the business and enabling the Company to meet critical Customer commitments This position will support cross functional teams to add value to the organization, meet Supply Chain initiatives, and enable success of the Boeing Global Services Division. The position is specifically for the SAP FTM functionPosition ResponsibilitiesDuties will include (but are not limited to):
Establish, own, maintain, and implement the applicable enterprise SAP strategy that shapes and impacts the BGS Commercial supply chain business strategy
Drive end-to-end process improvement through the implementation of tangible metrics based on market-leading performance
Identify opportunities to obtain new value added initiatives for the portfolio
Evaluate and facilitate the prioritization and management of the portfolio to continuously maximize the business value of investments
Develop and manage Enterprise SAP CoE/CC services partnerships with BGS Supply Chain
Drive business transformation and process innovation enabled by SAP
Become leaders in delivering innovative SAP-based solutions that meets business requirements
Use business knowledge and functional subject matter expertise to build defined solutions
Work on cross-functional teams, documenting system requirements and business processes. Support the development of system test and implementation plans.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future .Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):
3 + years of SAP knowledge
3 + years of experience working in a financial organization
Team Membership/Team leadership – Large or small
Effectively communicate to all levels of management
Experience gathering business requirements, developing reports, and prioritizing requests
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):
Knowledge of SAP Financial Transactional Management (FTM) functions
Working knowledge of SAFe and Lean Principles
Work with Airlines and MRO’s (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul)
Working knowledge of Supply Chain Operations
Typical Education & Experience :Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation :Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
