About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):09About the Role:The Team:Our S&P Market Intelligence team is seeking an experienced and motivated Analyst to facilitate the daily management of client deliverables within the Enterprise Solutions - Compliance Services group. The individual will be responsible for managing client inquiries and client support for the Compliance Services outsourcing platform. Additional responsibilities include partnering with other business lines around client resolution and satisfaction. Finally, this employee will partner directly with our Service Delivery Managers and other Account Specialists to drive a client-focused agenda.Responsibilities and Impact:

Generate and manage the day-to-day deliverables to clients. Clients will primarily be capital management firms.

Perform routine reconciliation of key data points with trustees.

Generate compliance test results for comparison to the monthly trustee reports, and research variances.

Monitor cash collection, payment, and reserve accounts to ensure activity and transactions are processed properly.

Manage inquiries regarding collateral attributes and transactions and facilitate the workflow and timely resolution between internal groups.

Complete special projects as assigned.

Compensation/Benefits Information:S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,289.00 to $91,872.25. The final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. BA or BS or equivalent experience

Accounting / Finance Major preferred

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Functional knowledge of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs)

Experience with Wall Street Office Product Suite – preferred

Strong PC skills – Microsoft Office Products

Experience in high-yield or leveraged loan financial market

Customer relations experience
