Work Schedule -Hybrid-Monday-Wednesday in office/Thursday and Friday WFH
Work Hours-8:00am-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform general office duties such as, maintaining records management systems including working with Google Maps to pull elevation and flood zones to provide to the Risk Engineers.
2. The Risk Engineering Services Assistant will be collecting data and generating corresponding reports in a predetermined format.
3. This will occur by utilizing various company databases, the internet and the Insured website to gather information needed by Risk Engineering Specialists.
4. Associate will be data mining in various proprietary systems

Skills:
1. Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
3. Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
4. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word (using pre-determined templates and updating information as needed), Excel (Data Mining and entering needed information onto EXCEL Document which will not need to be manipulated).
5. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required.

  • Risk Data Integration Specialist As a Risk Data Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and improving processes, sharing data between applications, and implementing process improvements in Archer. This requires understanding business processes and Archer configuration/design, data sources and integration opportunities, and leading collaboration among business and technical stakeholders across all three lines of defense.
