Utilize IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs to enable federal clients to protect against digital identity risks.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders and technical staff to document requirements and align them with design approaches.
Provide expertise in Identity and Access Management to guide the migration process.
Drive organizational change management activities to support the migration and modernization efforts.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize disruption to operations during the migration.
Conduct training and support sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management.
Verify identity utilizing a wide range of IAM solutions including HSPD-12, PIV, and advanced authentication methods.

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5+ yrs. with the following:
Experience in identity and access management with Delinea Privileged Access Management.
Experience with Delinea PAM architecture and building PAM framework
Experience with onboarding PAM credentials to Delinea PAM.
Experience with defining PAM policies an standard.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Previous identity analytics experience
Experience in consumer identity and directory services
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
