TITLE: Desktop Support Consultant - Device Migration

Location: Remote in the U.S. Must work Eastern Time Zone.

ICS is immediately hiring a Desktop Support consultant to support a current project to migrate end user devices from one domain to another. The ideal candidate will have Windows 10 experience, offer great customer service directly with end users, and work well independently.

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

  • 2 or more years of experience in Desktop Support/Client Services
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 operating system
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 Administration and Office Suite
  • Excellent knowledge of computers (PC, Laptop and Mac) and peripherals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A+ Customer Service a must
  • Experience with AutoPilot is a plus
