Digital Content Specialist Location: Dallas, Texas Position Summary: The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for the management and development of the Portal site(s). Works closely with executives, IT, third-party vendors, and other team members to guarantee expected site results. The Digital Content Specialist will be charged with the accuracy of site workflow, site content, customer account generation, and management. Light copywriting and copyediting will be expected. Auditing of catalog data may be required to ensure accuracy. While operating under general direction, a continuous improvement mindset is must be maintained. This role is encouraged to “act like an owner” and provide recommendations where warranted.

Responsibilities:
Manages the Portal platform to include product images and categorization
Assigns customer site credentials
Works with appropriate sources to troubleshoot issues
Partners with contract companies and suppliers to ensure optimal user experiences
Participates in related projects as required
Professional Qualifications: The successful candidate must have the following experience and capabilities:
2-4 years’ experience in a content management role
Practical experience managing website content
Track record of completing assigned projects within deadlines
Great communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented team player and creative problem solver
Operates with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workloads to meet demands.
Residential construction or related product experience a plus
