Drive the development of a high-performing digital staffing organization within a specific industry vertical, focusing on digital strategy, innovation, and product management projects
Support the strategic execution of a select client portfolio, collaborating with Randstad Digital sales leaders to create opportunities and drive strategic execution within the industry
Define and organize work paths to identify the capabilities needed for specific industry execution, ensuring alignment with industry objectives
Leverage industry expertise to assess the impact of work on industry objectives, ensuring accountability to stakeholders across the organization
Transform customer experiences, accelerate market disruption, and develop strategies that drive innovation and market leadership
Identify execution gaps, drive industry solutions, and deliver robust case studies to drive platform sales, partnerships, and winning strategies
What you need to bring:
BA/BS degree preferred, with 10+ years of experience in staffing organizations, sales, and delivery within key industry verticals. Master's degree and consulting agency experience are advantageous
Proven experience leading multifaceted transformation within digital platforms, managing teams delivering large-scale digital transformation projects, and directing business solution development
Ability to develop and execute platform-wide commercialization strategies, leverage market intelligence, and drive long-term strategic objectives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with leadership, manage client portfolios, and drive industry partnerships
Digitally-savvy with expert knowledge of innovations, trends, and technologies in the digital space, coupled with proficiency in data analysis and financial acumen
Highly goal-oriented with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, analyze market trends, and identify business opportunities
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
