DW Data Architect - Cloud Google Cloud Platform, BiGData Dallas, TX remote initially
6 Months+ Long term Primary Skill: Over all Architecture DWH, Telecom Domain, Google Cloud Platform Cloud, Bigdata
Required skills/Description: Possess minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in BI/DW development experience on-premise and on Cloud
Should have strong knowledge on DW concepts and BI on Cloud; Experience in at least one Large Scale Big Data and Cloud Implementation
Should have implementation experience in business and IT data requirements through new data strategies and designs across all data platforms (relational, dimensional, and NoSQL) and data tools (reporting, visualization, analytics, and machine learning)
Should have knowledge and solutioning experience of Big Data Platform either On-Premise or on one of the following Cloud Data stack - AWS, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Microsoft Azure, Snowflake
Should have proven experience in defining and governing data modeling and design standards, tools, best practices, and related development for enterprise data models.
Awareness and exposure to Data Migration, Data Governance, Metadata Management, Master Data Management will be a big plus
Identify the architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces to data sources, tools supporting automated data loads, security concerns, analytic models, and data visualization.
Should have experience in Analytics Cloud design and implementation involving data ingestion (real time or batch), implementation of Data Lake/Data Warehouse/NoSQL database on Cloud, metadata management & data catalog and Reporting
Have experience in Onsite-Offshore model with various teams responsible Data & Analytics & AI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to defend and present solutions to the CXO level
Should have Data Quality Implementation experience for large scale BI/Big data Projects (at least 2/3 implementation)
Oversee and govern the expansion of existing data architecture and the optimization of data query performance via best practices. The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
