Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm CST, Monday – Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be an 8-hour shift between 8:00am to 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Setting up and maintaining content on the PA Hub.

Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless configuration on the PA Hub.

Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all configurations and content on the PA Hub.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This is a challenging role with serious impact. It’s a fast paced, high-volume environment that requires you to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on company policies and guidelines. Your accuracy will be vitally important and monitored carefully to ensure our system is correctly coded and that all plan documents are precise.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age OR Older

2+ years of experience in Healthcare, or Technical experience in the healthcare domain (preferably pharmacy)

Ability to analyze data and create quality content

Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in configuring and maintaining content

High level of self-management and accountability to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm CST, Monday – Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate Microsoft Word skills

2+ years of experience in PBM, particularly in prior authorization processes, content management, or a related area

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment

Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve configuration and workflow issues

Experience working with prescription claims platforms like Rxclaim

Telecommuting Requirements:

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
