Who is our ideal candidate?

Two (2) years of experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment or equivalent technical school or apprentice experience

Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

Familiar with and ability to convert decimals to fractions or vice versa

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures.

Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and ongoing communications about safety and quality issues.

Previous plant production software experience required; SAP experience

Paper converting, chemical/plastics processing, and/or packaging industrial experience

Available Shift:

6:45 am-7:00 pm

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Ability to work in a hot work environment.

Ability to walk and stand on hard surfaces for the duration of the shift

Ability to bend, twist, and lift products weighing 5-70 pounds.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
