By leading and developing a high-performing team, this position plays a key role in maintaining the property’s reputation for excellence and guest satisfaction.Establish daily priorities and assign workload to ensure efficient room turnover and public area cleanlinessConduct detailed room audits and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and residential units to ensure adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standardsProvide immediate feedback and coaching to team members based on inspection results, reinforcing quality expectations and accountabilityTrack and report inspection scores, identifying trends and implementing corrective action plans as neededPartner with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and out-of-order rooms are addressed promptly Analyze productivity reports and adjust staffing levels based on occupancy and business demandsEnsure compliance with all safety standards, including proper handling and storage of chemicals (OSHA guidelines)Lead daily stand-up meetings to communicate goals, VIP arrivals, and operational updatesOversee lost and found processes, ensuring accurate logging, storage, and return of guest itemsDrive consistency in brand standards and presentation across all areas of responsibilityIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-driven solutionsComplete and manage guest incident reports related to housekeeping, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and communication with leadershipOversee housekeeping services for residential units, ensuring personalized service, privacy standards, and consistency with luxury brand expectationsCoordinate with Residence Services/Concierge teams to manage owner preferences, special requests, and scheduling of services within residences
