Description We are offering a part-time (20 hours/week) contract for a proficient Human Resources (HR) Assistant in the commodities industry, based in Dallas, Texas. As an HR Assistant, you will be primarily involved in maintaining employee records, preparing important HR documents, updating internal databases, and resolving employee queries in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Manage and update personnel records regularly Efficiently handle HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding guides Respond to employee queries related to HR issues Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations on HR metrics Coordinate with external partners like insurance vendors to ensure legal compliance Aid the payroll department by providing necessary employee information Participate in HR projects, for example, assist in organizing job fair events Revise company policies as needed Handle travel accommodations and process expense forms for employees Maintain internal databases, including recording leaves of absence.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Expertise in using Ceridian Skilled in HRMS Proficiency in About Time software Proven experience in Auditing Capability to carry out Background Checks Knowledge of Benefit Functions Excellent Customer Service skills Proven experience in Administrative Assistance Proficiency in Clerical Duties Experience in Paper Filing Proficiency in Scanning Experience in Scanning Documents Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
