Program management and Delivery: Lead the delivery of managed services and drive successful outcomes according to client objectives and key results. Spearhead the planning, execution, and governance of IT transformation projects and managed services across multiple geographies, with expertise in India delivery. Manage large-scale managed services engagements, delivering consistent results in customer satisfaction and service delivery. Ensure alignment with global standards and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Oversee distributed, cross-functional teams delivering application development, maintenance, and operational support across diverse technologies to execute on digital transformation and operations projects. Establish governance frameworks and oversee the realization of value for multi-million-dollar engagements. Track progress and dependencies to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or challenges that arise. Develop and foster relationships with key client leadership and drive strategic alignment to client’s long-term vision.
Service Transition Leadership : Manage the seamless transition of services, licenses, and assets during contract renewals, new engagements or advising customers on establishing Global Capability Centers in foreign geographies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust frameworks for transitioning applications, resources, and processes, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to agreed timelines and quality benchmarks. Develop and implement best practices for service delivery, leveraging proven methodologies and tools.
Business development : Assist with potential account partnerships (i.e., strategic client discussions with significant visibility) and expansion opportunities that align with the
organization’s growth objectives; assist with internal and external research to develop thought leadership and convey the value proposition. Also, support the internal and external relationships to facilitate that cross-functional collaboration across these opportunities.
Data analysis: Develop and monitor key performance indicators and key risk indicators to measure success, propose areas for optimization and improvement, and identify any lagging
indicators for escalation. Analyze results to identify key messages and narratives to cascade up to executive leadership.
Communication: Activate the necessary communication channels to effectively distribute updates across the organization, foster a sense of belonging and inclusion for onshore and
offshore teams, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to organizational transparency especially during periods of heavy change.Additional responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery of managed services and drive successful outcomes according to client objectives and key results.
Implement and standardize frameworks like CAST, Lean techniques, and Failure Mode Analysis to achieve cost-saving objectives and deliver client value.
Streamline operational policies, processes, and tools to align with SLA and reporting requirements.
Leverage sector and product expertise to advise team on how to, and directly participate I, the design and implementation of solutions to resolve challenges. Track progress and dependencies to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or challenges that arise. Develop and foster relationships with key client leadership and drive strategic alignment to client’s long-term vision.

Communicate issues and risks to project teams and stakeholders to provide visibility, facilitate
resolution and escalate when necessary.To qualify for the role, you must have
10 years of experience in a related role
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a consulting or managed services role within
Oil and Gas industry, a professional services firm, and/or accounting firm.And at least one of the following:
O&G Applications – IT application for managed services including SAP, Service Now and oil and gas industry specific applications and custom application development
Data and Analytics – data management as a service
Production Revenue accounting
Land Services/administration
Expertise in enterprise IT strategy, cloud services (AWS & Azure), IT Service Management, Agile frameworks, and system migrations.
Proven leadership experience in managing digital transformation projects, large-scale transitions and managed services engagements.
A results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on empathy, proactive problem-solving, andrelationship-building.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive deadlines.
Availability to travel as required by clients.
Successful candidates should expect to work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
A valid passport, or the ability to obtain one is required.
A bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance or a related discipline.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $340,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
