Posting Number: S05501PDepartment: ManagementSalary Range: $37,000, DOQPay Basis: MonthlyPosition Status: Regular full-timeLocation: RichardsonJob Description: The Data Management Specialist for the JSOM Career Management Center ( CMC ) will be responsible for providing administrative support in regards to daily, weekly, monthly and semester metrics, CPT internship data, and working with students looking for internships for the Career Management Center. Responsibilities will include entering data, verifying information, running reports and compiling metrics.Position will work closely with the Assistant Dean, Employer Relations Team and Career Development Specialist Team to ensure that all reports are accurate. As part of the CMC team, the role will support other student and event activity in the Career Management Center as required.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent and three years of work experience.Preferred Education and Experience: Preferred Education and ExperienceKnowledge and proficiency in Excel (advanced level) and with extracting data from other databases. Some knowledge of CRM /Salesforce is desired. Able to organize and complete tasks with close attention to detail in a fast paced environment. Highly professional, with ethical standards for handling confidential information.
