Growing together.The Installation Administrator is responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to structure building and billing set up, eligibility collection, structure revisions, researching & resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. Positions are responsible for overall contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. May research installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.This position is full-time. Employees are required to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:

Support client management with research and develop customer specific resolutions

Build, maintain, and audit benefits in the system

Mentor and lead a team of analysts

Perform structure building, revisions and billing set up

Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards

While this role has serious impact, it's not easy. Deadlines can be intense and having a keen attention to detail is critical to maintaining workflow and project timelines

Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed

Works with less structured, more complex issues

Serves as a resource to others

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age OR older

2+ years of experience working within claims processing systems, guidelines, and processes

Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, edit/create spreadsheet)

Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on the business need.

Preferred Qualifications :

COSMOS experience

UNET experience

Telecommuting Requirements:

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
