Qualifications and RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in embedded device design and firmware development.
  • Expertise in low-level system design and coding.
  • Proficiency in communication protocols such as Matter, ZigBee, Thread, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience working with MCU/MPU/low power devices, and familiarity with ARM Cortex-M and Cortex-A processors.
  • Familiarity with cloud based IoT platforms such as AWS IoT or Azure IoT.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques and how they can be applied to embedded systems.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Robot Framework or pytest.
  • Familiarity with hardware testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with software development tools, such as Git, Jira, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
