Looking for an IT Business Continuity Specialist to join the BC team and assist in developing, maintaining and improving Operations & Technology Contingency plans. This person will be responsible for scheduling, planning and reporting on contingency events. This role will ensure technical systems are delivering services to our customers as expected by monitoring, identifying, logging and resolving issues, including handling escalations to the Business Continuity Manager.
The ideal candidate would have:
An IT background
Previous experience in roles focusing on business continuity
Experience with risk management, oversight for technical recovery plans, coordinating recovery testing, ensuring applications are designed in compliance with resiliency goals, etc.
Familiarity with Archer’s BC platform
ITIL Foundation and/or ABCP (Associate Business Continuity Professional) certifications would be a plus.
