Manage agreements and relationships with vendors as well as ensure the enterprise is equipped with appropriate hardware to fit the needs of associates.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Build and maintain automated IT asset inventory capabilitiesManage agreements for leased hardware assetsManage financial reporting for Capital and Operational lease portfoliosPerform data analysis to identify data inaccuracies utilizing tools to drive data stabilization in the AMDBDeliver weekly / monthly reporting on costs associated with deployed and at rest assetsUtilize tools to ensure allocations of deployed assets are applied appropriately to the businessDevelop and implement asset management processes and procedures for enterpriseIdentify, define, and deploy best practices for enterprise ITAMCoordinate lifecycle, procurement, maintenance and decommissioning of IT asset recordsCoordinate warranties and service agreementsDefine standards and ensure guidelines and controls are maintainedPerform audits and regular inventory reviewsBuild and maintain relationships with selected hardware vendors and lessorsGenerate IT hardware asset reports to assist management in forecasting hardware needsWork with other departments to ensure project hardware needs are metThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
