RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Support Specialist III Specialized in Dallas, TX.
Duties:
IT Support Specialist will troubleshoot issues and Communicate effectively; Follow-up on root cause analysis
Manage Incident and Change Management activities along with partnering with Dev teams and other project stakeholders
As a IT Support Specialist, you will perform shakeout execution, troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis follow-up
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training required
5 years of experience required
Production support background/experience is must; Informatica ETL app admin experience and batch support
Experience on batch support (Autosys and UNIX)
Able to support 24/7 on-call rotation for various applications in Production
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
Knowledge on AWS will be a plpreferred but not mandatory
