The Manager Item & Cost Maintenance is responsible for the overall profitability by managing the Item & Cost team who ensures all aspects of processing supplier’s data are correctly implemented. Collects and analyses data to prepare reports for management to compare standard costs to actual production costs.
What You'll Do: Manage the Item & Cost team. Oversee staff selection, performance management, goal setting, training, and developmentPlan, study, and collect data to determine costs of business activityAnalyze data collected and record resultsAnalyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costsRecord cost information for use in controlling expendituresProvide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or servicesOther duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer:
