The Marketing Manager will be a key player in shaping and executing the marketing strategy. This role demands a well-versed marketing professional with a solid understanding of luxury hospitality, a discerning eye for market trends, and a proven ability to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Requirements Strategic Planning:

Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the brand positioning, target market segments, and competitive differentiators.

Brand Management:

Safeguard and enhance the brand's identity through consistent messaging, visual aesthetics, and exceptional guest experiences.

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing collateral, ensuring it reflects the exclusivity and prestige of the brand.

Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, social media strategy, email campaigns, and online advertising.

Stay abreast of digital trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance the online presence.

Public Relations:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders in the luxury and hospitality industries.

Develop and implement public relations campaigns to generate positive coverage and maintain a favorable public image.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Foster collaboration across departments, working closely with sales, events, and operations teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.

Provide inspirational leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in a marketing role within the luxury hospitality sector.

Track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
